Wayzata Community Sailing Center
This is a video I made for an organization in Wayzata, MN, which is just west of Minneapolis. Video production on the water can be hard on equipment, and rain threatened the day of the shoot. My camera and I stayed dry, which was good. But there was no wind that day, which makes sailing less exciting. I had fun shooting video that day with the kids, and even learned a few sailing terms. Videographers in Minnesota need to prepare for all types of weather, and the lack of “proper” weather (wind) is one of those contingencies. In this case, I just shot what I could and came up with a compelling video through my interviews with the kids.
I shot this Minneapolis based artist’s video at his studio. Judd Nelson is a sculptor working in metals, and shooting his process was fun. Videography of art is a fun way to express my own creativity and to highlight someone else’s.
Making video for unique businesses like this one are a lot of fun. A Minneapolis violin dealer and St Paul video guy working together to promote a cool company- now that’s a fun job, right? Minnesota video work sure is great!
Minneapolis videographers get plenty of chances to work in the snow. It’s Minnesota Video Production, after all! Actually, I am based in St Paul, but we are the Twin Cites, and I consider both my home. Featured here is Wintergreen Northern Wear, a cool company out of Ely MN. They make the clothing highlighted here. This snowboarding piece was shot at Afton Alps and features my friends Wendy and Dylan, who helped make the video possible. Thanks guys!

Chrissy at Allure Hair Solutions Studio and I made this St Paul video production in 2011. Minnesota video production work takes me to many interesting places, and the hair business is surely one of those! Watch to see what she can do.
Kevin Schreifels at Lyn Lake is the most interesting Chiropractor I know. He is actually the only guy I know who curtsies. Minnesota video production is such a great job, and I meet so many great people. The videos I made in Minneapolis for Kevin and his associates highlight several of their treatment modalities and show how fun a medical office can be.
